It's no news that social media and the technology available to the public has drastically changed the way businesses market their products and the way consumers buy.
The supply and demand for art is no different.
Artists today have the possibility to reach millions of viewers through social media networks and quick clips or videos.  Getting seen and known for your talents is much easier and cheaper than it used to be.

Remember, before the convenience of technology and travel, most artists had to wait long after they died before the word got around to people about their talents.

Now that more people can have more skin in the game, the art market is flooded with spectacular diversity and jaw-dropping talent, from intricate paper crafts to massive city murals. I have seen amazing talent from all ages and backgrounds that never would have been known if it weren't for our means of conversing with the world today.

Emerging Artists of the Twenties.

Viola Bittl - Germany. 1990.
This contemporary artist draws her inspiration from the 90's, with bold shapes and color. Although almost never symmetrical, Bittl's work carries balance and harmony.
I like her work because of its simplicity. It is classy but bright.

Her artwork is for auction here on Artsy.
Max Frintrop - Germany. 1982.
Deriving inspiration from the big cities of Dusseldorf, Max Frintrop captures beauty in the commotion, and the sounds of the atmosphere it comes with. His artwork is in several large exhibitions all over the world, and he is definitely the one to be watching.

Check out his website if you like what you see!

Tunji Adeniyi-Jones - London. 1992.
Tunji's artwork is a unique expression of West African culture and philosophy. Many important traditions of West Africa derive from the people of Yoruba. His paintings are mostly of very large human figures, often intertwined or curved so as to create the illusion of movement and dance. Even though Tunji's paintings use bright and bold colors, there is a particular softness and sensuality that comes forth.

Tunji now lives and works in New York, and his work is presented in several exhibitions in the United States.

If you are interested in finding out more about his work that's for sale,

Andrea Marie Breiling - Arizona, U.S.
Breiling is making quite a name for herself. She is well known in Germany and London for her work. This year, 2021, she will be mounting a solo exhibition at Broadway, New York. Shown above is a collection of pieces from the same portfolio. However, her painting style takes on many different forms.

Breiling has embraced the new era of communication and has been successful as a professional artist because of it.

Much of her work is sold on virtual auctions and exhibitions. As well, you can shop around on online museums to find her work for sale.

Check out this famous online museum for more of Breiling's pieces.
