It is a pretty interesting story about how this business came to be.
I learned how to cook when I was in Italy. I was the cook for a household of about 40 people, and I became very good at it.
Fast-forward back to America, I was a part of a new young adults church group, and we were hosting our first big event. We couldn't afford a caterer at the moment, so I simply offered myself to cook.
Word spread quickly about my "catering business," and all of a sudden I had people approaching me about catering for retreats and events. I embraced this because it is something I really love doing, and I enjoy seeing it grow as time goes by.
